Full tang construction offers additional strength and balance while cutting, and the rounded spines prevent painful pressure on your hand. The handles are made from patterned walnut and proportioned for a comfortable grip.

Hand wash and dry. Apply food-safe mineral oil to wood handles. Made in Germany.
