This two-pronged meat fork from the Boker Core collection holds large cuts of meat steady while slicing, and assists in transferring food to serving platters or individual plates. It’s the perfect companion to the Boker Core carving knife.
Boker has manufactured knives in the German knife capital of Solingen for 150 years. The Core collection is hand-forged from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel with chromium and molybdenum for hardness and corrosion resistance, and vanadium for durability and wear resistance. Two long sharp tines hold meat in place while cutting. The handle is made from patterned walnut and proportioned for a comfortable grip.
Hand wash and dry. Apply food-safe mineral oil to wood handle. Made in Germany.
