Outlet Cangshan TC Series Bread Knife

This bread knife from the Cangshan TC Series is serrated to easily slice through thick bread crust, heavy melon rind, and sausage casing without crushing the soft interior of foods.

Cangshan TC Series blades are forged from Swedish Sandvik 14C28N steel. This high-alloy steel holds an edge five times longer than German steel, with a Rockwell hardness of 59. The patent-pending tapered full tang results in a balanced and comfortable knife. Sharpened to a 16-degree edge, each knife comes with a carbonized solid Ashwood magnetic sheath. Handles are made from a food-safe polymer, with a mosaic rivet. Winner of a 2018 Red Dot Design Award and a 2018 German Design Award.

Hand wash and dry immediately. Made from Swedish steel in the renowned knife district in Yangjuiang, China.
