Online Shun Sora Serrated Utility Knife

The composite steel blade consists of a VG10 san mai cutting edge with a Japanese 420J stainless steel upper. VG10 stainless steel includes vanadium for wear resistance and cobalt for strength and hardness. The two blade sections are laser cut and welded together, with the superior VG10 steel along the cutting edge. The edge is hand-sharpened to a razor-sharp 16-degree cutting angle. The knife handle is made from a polymer blend for a contemporary look and secure grip.
