Cangshan TC Series blades are forged from Swedish Sandvik 14C28N steel. This high-alloy steel holds an edge five times longer than German steel, with a Rockwell hardness of 59. The patent-pending tapered full tang results in a balanced and comfortable knife. Handles are made from a food-safe polymer, with a mosaic rivet. Winner of a 2018 Red Dot Design Award and a 2018 German Design Award.
