This slicing knife from the Kramer by Zwilling Meiji Collection has a long, narrow blade to cut meat easily with a single stroke. The pointed, narrow tip allows you to neatly remove meat from bone. Use it for slicing large cuts of meat and carving poultry.
The Kramer by Zwilling Meiji Collection was created in partnership with Master Bladesmith Bob Kramer. The ice-hardened FRIODURx2 blade is forged from FC61 fine carbide stainless steel and covered by a 100-layer etched ladder Damascus pattern. The charcoal Pakkawood handle features an ergonomic curvature for a secure and comfortable grip. Knives are finished using a Honbazuke four-step honing process for exceptional sharpness. Made in Japan.
